When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–6 business days.

Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be extended during major collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?

International orders can take up to an additional 2-7 business days to arrive once they leave our distribution center.
Can I return a product?

You have the right to return or replace the product you have purchased within 14 days from the date you received it. The product must be in the same perfect condition in which you received it (unworn), nothing must have been removed from it (tags, labels etc.) otherwise after inspection the return will not be accepted.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Why was my order canceled? 

If your order needs to be canceled due to product unavailability, you will receive an email notification, and the full amount will be refunded promptly. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Can I combine separate orders into a single shipment?

We are not able to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. 
Will I have to pay any customs fees, import taxes, or duties?

For international orders, the total amount paid at checkout may cover customs duties and taxes in select countries. However, additional charges such as sales tax, import duties, or customs fees may still apply based on the regulations of the destination country. We encourage you to consult your local customs office for precise details regarding potential costs.
Is the tax included in the final price of my order?

Of course. All prices listed (products, transport costs, etc.) are final, including VAT.

Which products are free?

Products available at no cost are marked with the "FTW" label for easy identification.
How can I get my Free to Wear Product?

To receive a Free to Wear product, simply add it to your cart and complete the checkout process. Don't forget that each Free To Wear Product is limited to 1 per customer.
