Refund policy

 

We want every piece to reach you in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, you can easily submit a return request through our Self-Serve Return Portal.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

To return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@censy.gr with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Once you submit the request, we will review it and update you promptly.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address where our warehouses are located in Greece: [ Andrea Papandreou 52, Kallithea, Pieria, Greece - Postal Code: 60150 or 60100 ] 

ATTENTION: returns made without informing the store will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale products.
Socks or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
Limited-edition or custom pieces where specified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping (Europe)
We offer free return shipping for all European customers.
A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

Return Shipping (Rest of the World)
International customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
Return shipping fees vary depending on your country and courier.
You may return the item with any tracked shipping service of your choice.
Outbound shipping fees (e.g., €25 for international orders) are non-refundable.
